Team USA announced their roster for the World Cup of Hockey 2004
on Thursday, May 20, 2004. New Jersey Devils forward Jamie Langenbrunner
and defenseman Brian Rafalski were named to the team. Incredibly,
someone at Team USA must have lost Scott Gomez's home phone number, as he was
left off the team.
