June 02, 2003 Round 4 Game 4: Ducks Beat Devils, 1-0, 0:39 into OT
The New Jersey Devils were defeated, 1-0, in overtime, by the
Mighty Ducks, in Anaheim on Monday, June 2, 2003.
There was no scoring in the first period, the Devils outshot the
Ducks, 10-7 in the period.
The second period ended with the game still tied, 0-0 - the shots
were also even, 8-8.
With no scoring in the third period, the game would be decided in
overtime. The Ducks outshot the Devils 9-7 in the period.
Steve Thomas won the game taking a rebound and beating Brodeur
just 39 seconds into the first overtime.
