The New Jersey Devils lost in a 3-4 shootout to the St. Louis
Blues at the Prudential Center on Thursday, February 9, 2012.
A power-play goal from Zach Parise that beat Jaroslav Halak at
16:46 of the first period, gave the Devils a 1-0 lead. Ilya Kovalchuk
and Kurtis Foster assisted on Parise's 21st goal of the season.
Christ Stewart tied the game with a goal that beat Johan Hedberg
David Perron gave the Blues a 2-1 lead with a goal 4:50 into the
