Game 14: Devils Fall 1-3 to Caps

    The New Jersey Devils lost 1-3 at home to the Washington Capitals on Friday, November 11, 2011.

    Adam Larsson scored his first career NHL goal at 13:06 of the first period to give the Devils a 1-0 lead.   Dainius Zubrus and Patrik Elias assisted on the goals.

    Alex Ovechkin beat Martin Brodeur at 17:33 of the second period to tie the game, 1-1.

    Jason Chimera scored a short-handed goal at 2:27 of the third period to give the Caps a 2-1 lead.   Marcus Johansson's goat at 10:43 made it 3-1.
