Game 73: Devils Lose 1-4 to Bruins

    The New Jersey Devils lost 1-4 to the Bruins in Boston on Tuesday, March 22, 2011.

    Ilya Kovalchuk beat Tim Thomas at 11:05 of the first period on a power-play to give the Devils a 1-0 lead.   Mattias Tedenby and Jacob Josefson assisted on Kovalchuk's 27th goal of the season.

    Shawn Thornton tied the game with a goal that beat Martin Brodeur at 15:39.
