Game 32: Devils Get Shutout 2-0 by Bruins

    The New Jersey Devils lost 2-0 at home to the Eastern Conference leading Boston Bruins on Tuesay, December 23, 2008.

    The shots were even, 9-9 in both the first & second periods - and neither team could bury the puck.

    Just 49 seconds into the third period, just 9 seconds after a Bruins power-play had expired, Milan Lucic beat Scott Clemmensen to give Boston a 1-0 lead.

    David Krejci added an empty net goal, with six Devils forwards on the ice to give the Bruins a 2-0 victory.
