Devils Crush Panthers 5-1
    The New Jersey Devils beat the Florida Panthers by a score of 5-1, in Florida on Saturday, November 24, 2001.   The Panthers scored first in the game that broke the Devils 7 game winless streak, but the Devils would score 5 un-answered goals.
    Lindsay puck a past Brodeur at 13:06 to give the Panthers a 1-0 lead.
    Petr Sykora got his 5th goal of the season at 18:13 to tie the game, 1-1.   Scott Niedermayer got the only assist on the goal.
    The first period ended with the scored tied, 1-1.   New Jersey outshot Florida 14-9 in the period.
    There was no scoring in the second period.   The Panthers outshot the Devils 7-6 in the second period.
    Jason Arnott fired a rocket past Roberto Luongo at 4:09 of the third period, on the power-play.   Bobby Holik got the only assist on Arnott's 8th goal of the season - which gave the Devils a 2-1 lead.
    John Madden beat Luongo unassisted at 10:44 to give the Devils a 2-goal, 3-1 lead.
    Bobby Holik roofed the puck over Luongo's glove at 16:51 to give the Devils a 4-1 lead.   Patrik Elias got the only assist on Holik's goal.
    Jim McKenzie got his first goal of the season at 17:37 by shoving the puck under Luongo.   John Madden and Jay Pandolfo got assists on the goal that gave the Devils a 5-1 lead.
    The game ended with the Devils winning by a score of 5-1.   The Devils outshot the Panthers 11-5 in the third period, and 31-25 in the game.
    The win broke the Devils 7-game winless streak.
